What pick-up time should I choose for a ride to the airport?
We generally recommend planning the pick-up time so that you arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your departure time.
The final determination of the pick-up time for the shared transfer is exclusively up to Clever Transfer.
The pick-up is always planned according to external influences (weather, road conditions, traffic forecasts) in order to ensure punctual arrival at the airport and compliance with the check-in times specified by the airline.
What is the maximum number of people I can book a Clever Transfer for?
Basically, you can book a Clever Transfer for up to 14 people.
If you need a shuttle for more than 14 people, please contact the service number. We would be happy to offer you larger vehicles.
Until when is it possible to book the Clever Transfer?
Please note that bookings are only possible until 2:00 PM on the day before.
The system closes automatically – after that, no more bookings can be made online for the following day.

How much and what kind of luggage can I take with me?
Two suitcases and one piece of hand luggage per adult are transported free of charge.
Surcharges are levied for excess baggage and bulky baggage, as larger vehicles usually have to be used in these cases.
Excess baggage, bicycles, golf bags, ski equipment, diving equipment, surfboards and other bulky baggage must be registered when booking.
Bicycles must be packed in a box or in appropriate luggage bags with the front wheel removed.
Are suitable and safe child seats available, and is there a discount for children?
We naturally provide child seats for our little passengers free of charge. If you specify the age, weight and height of your child when booking, we will provide a suitable child seat, booster seat or baby car seat for your child accordingly.
We also offer discounted fares for our little passengers.
Can I bring my pet?
Small dogs, cats and other small pets can be transported in a transport container (max. 70x30x50 cm) for a fee.
One transport container per passenger is permitted.
The customer must carry the legally required transport documents for carrying animals during the journey.
Larger animals cannot be transported.
Can I bring my stroller or wheelchair?
Yes, strollers and folding wheelchairs are transported free of charge. Please ensure that you specify if you are bringing a stroller or wheelchair at the time of booking.
